Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Professional experience managing business pages on social media platforms
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of social media marketing technology including AgoraPulse, Curator.io, Hootsuite, HubSpot, or Marketing Cloud
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Passion for social media marketing and student engagement
- Commitment to the student-first philosophy and institutional values
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, liberal arts, business, or a related field
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts and developing content
- Knowledge of social media marketing tools such as AgoraPulse, Curator.io, Hootsuite, HubSpot, or Marketing Cloud
- Strong creative and communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively
- Experience with both organic and paid social media campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with higher education marketing or similar sectors is a plus
Job Duties
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and maintain business pages on various social media platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams and external vendors to create cohesive digital content
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaign performance and growth
- Engage with prospective and current students, faculty, and staff through organic and paid social media efforts
- Protect and promote the Baker College brand through consistent messaging and quality content
- Innovate new tactics and content strategies to keep the digital presence culturally relevant and appealing
