  • Ability to perform with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed while quickly learning new tools
  • Exceptional communication skills in verbal, written, and visual formats
  • Strong time management, multitasking abilities and follow-through on projects
  • Team player with leadership skills in content development and online reputation management
  • Proven ability to promote brand advocacy online and offline
  • Skilled in social customer service including conflict resolution, empathy, and patience
  • Maintains professional personal social media profiles
  • Hospitality industry experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels is a plus

Job Duties

  • Assist with managing digital asset database including releases, images, videos, brand assets
  • Assist Marketing Manager in communication with internal and external guests
  • Develop and schedule engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries timely
  • Stay updated on social media trends and implement strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness
  • Assist with influencer marketing, giveaways, and partnership activations
  • Capture photography and video content to support brand storytelling
  • Plan and execute brand photoshoots aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Attend and capture on-site and off-site events including wine dinners, holiday activations, and curator events
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews on platforms like OpenTable, Google, Marriott, Expedia, TripAdvisor within 48 hours
  • Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to provide brand-aligned responses
  • Assist in execution of paid social media campaigns
  • Support online audits ensuring business listings and menus are current
  • Lead social media reporting for monthly and quarterly recaps
  • Assist with development of annual marketing plans, trackers, and presentations
