- Proven ability to promote brand advocacy online and offline
- Skilled in social customer service including conflict resolution, empathy, and patience
- Maintains professional personal social media profiles
- Hospitality industry experience is desirable
- Knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist with managing digital asset database including releases, images, videos, brand assets
- Assist Marketing Manager in communication with internal and external guests
- Develop and schedule engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries timely
- Stay updated on social media trends and implement strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness
- Assist with influencer marketing, giveaways, and partnership activations
- Capture photography and video content to support brand storytelling
- Plan and execute brand photoshoots aligned with marketing campaigns
- Attend and capture on-site and off-site events including wine dinners, holiday activations, and curator events
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews on platforms like OpenTable, Google, Marriott, Expedia, TripAdvisor within 48 hours
- Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to provide brand-aligned responses
- Assist in execution of paid social media campaigns
- Support online audits ensuring business listings and menus are current
- Lead social media reporting for monthly and quarterly recaps
- Assist with development of annual marketing plans, trackers, and presentations
