Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- prior experience managing social media accounts for businesses
- proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms
- basic graphic design skills with Canva
- ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for aesthetics and cosmetic procedures
- experience with website content management preferred

- experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp

Job Duties
- plan and manage a monthly content calendar covering surgical, injectable, aesthetic, and office-related topics
- create and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- respond to all messages and comments promptly
- promote monthly marketing specials and events across all social media platforms
- coordinate influencer programs and manage contractual agreements
- design graphics using Canva for social media posts, email newsletters, billboards, and digital signage
- update and maintain the practice website including monthly specials, provider bios, and photo uploads
- create and send monthly newsletters and additional email marketing campaigns via MailChimp
- manage photo consents and upload before and after pictures to the website regularly
- respond to online reviews on platforms such as Google, Realself, and Facebook
- assist with the planning and execution of events including customer appreciation and promotional campaigns
- develop and implement a comprehensive marketing calendar
- coordinate logistics and orders for parties and events
- generate and maintain partnerships with local businesses
- keep track of donations and sponsorships
