Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience working in website production and/or development, project management, and design
- Ability to articulate business and product requirements into structured, executable specifications
- Advanced experience with content management systems
- Strong understanding of web design, UX/UI, and digital marketing principles
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with SEO, internet technologies, and Agile software development processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Consistent attendance

Job Qualifications
- Advanced experience with technical and functional components of content management systems
- Advanced experience managing website, mobile web and mobile app content and development projects
- Ability to articulate business and product requirements into structured, executable specifications for implementation
- Excellent understanding of web design methods, UX/UI principles, wire framing, user flows and best practices
- Experience in facilitating prioritization and trade-off discussions with business and IT
- Editorial and operational skills with a deep understanding of the role content plays in supporting marketing and commerce
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles and their application to content marketing strategy for web and mobile
- Ability to communicate effectively on all levels, including concise verbal and written communication
- Strong knowledge of the content management system’s core functionality and testing/implementing solutions with CMS environment
- Thorough understanding of internet technologies including analytics and SEO, business concepts, security issues, and networking standards
- Strong use problem-solving and analytical skills to support and troubleshoot large-scale business applications
- Familiarity of Agile software development processes
- Manage Content Production team as they work from high level requirements through detailed specifications, prototype, software deployment and administration
- Familiarity with web graphics and animation, using Adobe Photoshop, Flash MX (2004), Image Ready and other tools on both Mac and PC platforms

Job Duties
- Review, assign and oversee daily website production efforts performed by the web content production team
- Supervise web content production staff to execute website content and maintenance efforts as prioritized by the business
- Review traffic website production efforts through IMC, PM/Popcorn Village and IT to ensure on-time implementation
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to shift production schedules to accommodate all requests
- Serve as technical liaison with IT web development staff and collaborate on work efforts related to the content management system
- Manage bug reporting and task progress
- Participate in weekly Owned Content meetings to communicate status and facilitate prioritization
- Lead the submission and coordination of Legal and UKR-specific intellectual property approvals and the execution of all contracts, documentation, and process management
- Collaborate across Marketing & Sales and with key stakeholders to support integration of social executions with online and offline programs
- Translate social media workflows into actionable processes to optimize social activations
- Analyze and track campaign performance, making real-time recommendations and help solidify and operationalize global KPIs and dashboards
- Manage website maintenance task list through project management software and established business and IT processes
- Find efficiencies where appropriate
- Oversee third-party content production resources as needed
- Support the development of content strategy and social media capabilities for all social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter that drive ticket sales, hotel occupancy, new brand recognition and fan retention
- Leverage UDX teams to create symphony moments for digital production with Universal Kids, NBCUniversal and other UDX initiatives
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities
