Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media in hospitality, travel, lifestyle or F&B sectors
- excellent copywriting and editorial storytelling skills
- proficiency with social media suites and analytics
- organized and data-driven approach
- ability to work flexible schedule including some weekends and early mornings
- strong communication skills
- portfolio or reel demonstrating recent work
- submission of salary expectations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- proven experience in social media content creation for hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or food and beverage sectors
- strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- proficiency in social media management suites and analytics tools
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and early mornings
- experience with hospitality CRM and loyalty programs preferred
- influencer contract negotiation skills an advantage
- advanced photography or drone pilot certification is a plus

- Plan and execute social media strategies for the SunStream portfolio
- create engaging content tailored for hospitality and lifestyle audiences
- manage social media channels and monitor community interactions
- respond promptly to customer feedback and inquiries
- analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns

- oversee reputation management and influencer partnerships
