Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- minimum three years of professional experience creating social-first video content
- proven track record of creating viral content with millions of organic views
- experience working in consumer packaged goods, wellness, fitness or similar industries
- excellent shooting skills with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and familiarity with lighting and audio setups
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-collaboration environment
- strong organizational skills and ability to maintain asset libraries
- flexibility to work occasional weekends with prior planning
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in social-first video content creation
- strong portfolio demonstrating repeated posts with over 10 million organic views in total
- experience in consumer packaged goods, wellness, fitness or creator brands
- excellent video editing skills with deep understanding of modern social formats including hooks, pacing and storytelling shortcuts
- proficient with DSLR or mirrorless camera workflows including lighting and clean audio
- ability to work resourcefully in less-than-perfect shooting conditions
- highly organized, fast, reliable and able to meet deadlines while iterating without ego
Job Duties
- Concept, script, shoot and edit social-first videos end-to-end for organic content and paid ads
- create high-performing content tailored to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with platform-specific adaptations
- capture studio and lifestyle footage focusing on product, people, and moments with strong fundamentals like lighting, audio, and composition
- edit videos using sharp instincts involving hooks, script writing, pacing, captions, sound design and storytelling
- collaborate with the Social/Brand team to translate strategy into content experiments with rapid iteration and feedback
- organize and maintain a clean asset library for ongoing footage reuse
- support photo and video capture for product launches, lifestyle campaigns, and events when needed
