Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in catering events or hospitality sales luxury preferred
  • proven success meeting sales goals
  • experience with event software Delphi Opera a plus
  • highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
  • skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • flexible schedule including weekends for events
  • reliable ethical enthusiastic and client-focused

Job Duties

  • Lead the full sales cycle for weddings and social events from prospecting and proposals to site visits contracts BEOs and final billing
  • consistently meet or exceed annual revenue goals while supporting long-range booking targets
  • collaborate with the sales team to identify high-value leads aligned with luxury positioning
  • maximize space utilization and upsell services to enhance guest experiences and drive profitability
  • ensure flawless event execution through proactive communication across internal departments
  • represent Vinarosa at key tradeshows industry events and client engagements to expand market presence
  • support clients with vendor recommendations and expert guidance throughout their planning journey
