Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work a schedule of tuesday through saturday
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- customer service oriented mindset
- flexibility to provide on-site support during events including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in hotel sales catering or event coordination is preferred but not required
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
- comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences
- delphi training preferred but not required
Job Duties
- sell and detail social catering events including weddings social events and community events
- manage the full event lifecycle from initial inquiry to final execution
- create and distribute banquet event orders with precision and clarity
- process client payments and maintain accurate records
- serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams including banquets kitchen sales and operations
- ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- maintain strong relationships with nonprofit organizations and community partners
- provide on-site support during events as needed including weekends and evenings based on the event schedule
