Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work a schedule of tuesday through saturday
  • attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • customer service oriented mindset
  • flexibility to provide on-site support during events including weekends and evenings

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in hotel sales catering or event coordination is preferred but not required
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
  • comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences
  • delphi training preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • sell and detail social catering events including weddings social events and community events
  • manage the full event lifecycle from initial inquiry to final execution
  • create and distribute banquet event orders with precision and clarity
  • process client payments and maintain accurate records
  • serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams including banquets kitchen sales and operations
  • ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • maintain strong relationships with nonprofit organizations and community partners
  • provide on-site support during events as needed including weekends and evenings based on the event schedule
