Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- Willingness to follow sanitation and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or significant matters
- Welcome and engage guests by providing exceptional service
- Create an engaging and fun environment in Social Bays
- Guide groups through collaborative activities and games
- Provide expert knowledge of games, including tips and tricks
- Support guests with service and basic technical questions
- Partner with service team for prompt beverage and food service
- Complete side work related to setup and breakdown of Social Bays
- Reset and clean bays to approved standards
- Adhere to sanitation procedures
- Follow alcohol awareness protocols
- Assess guest behavior and report to management as needed
- Assist other team members as required
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Communicate enthusiastically about the Dave & Buster's experience
- Ensure dress code compliance
- Must be at least 18 years old
