Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of games and entertainment preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Must read and communicate in English
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends
- Maintain professionalism and dress code standards
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Welcome and engage all Guests by providing exceptional service that creates unforgettable experiences
- Create an environment of high engagement and fun for Guests
- Guide groups of Guests through collaborative activities and games
- Be the knowledge master of the game types and provide tips and tricks to Guests for the best experience
- Understand Guests' needs to determine the best game for the group
- Support Guests with any service and basic technical questions
- Alert the Amusement Team when technical assistance is beyond basic
- Partner with the Service Team to ensure prompt beverage and food service
- Complete required side work to support set-up and break down of Social Bays
- Reset and clean Bays to approved standards after use
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- Assess Guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to a Manager
- Assist other Team Members as needed
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company Team Members
- Communicate effectively with Guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
- Read and communicate in English
- Dress in proper dress code, neat, clean and professional at all times
- Must be at least 18 years of age
