Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to operate POS systems and handle financial transactions accurately
Ability to read and communicate in English
Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Ability to engage with guests and generate excitement about the Dave & Buster's experience
Proficiency in operating POS systems
Accurate handling of cash and credit card transactions
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience by seamlessly integrating food, drinks, and games
Keep immediate supervisor informed of significant issues or unusual occurrences
Proactively address concerns or propose alternative solutions
Cultivate a warm and entertaining atmosphere
Adhere strictly to company sanitation protocols
Manage personal cash bank with precise financial transactions
Follow alcohol awareness procedures including handling intoxicated guests
Assess guest behavior and identify situations requiring management attention
Greet new guests promptly and courteously
Assist guests with game selections and provide instructions
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all entertainment offerings
Enter social bay-related orders into POS system efficiently
Work swiftly and effectively adhering to efficiency principles
Assist with setup and breakdown of social bay areas
Help clean and reset social bay areas
Support other team members as needed
Complete designated opening and closing duties for social bay area
Participate in promotional activities and contests
Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by frequent check-ins
Maintain a clean and organized social bay station
Foster positive working relationships with team members
Actively listen to guest requests and communicate effectively
Adhere to dress code requirements
Perform duties in a noisy, fast-paced environment
Work days, nights, and/or weekends as business necessitates
Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Walk or stand for entire shift
Frequently reach, bend, and stoop
