Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to read and write notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as business necessitates
- ability to stand or walk for 100% of the shift
- ability to operate in a noisy, fast-paced environment with potential distractions
Job Qualifications
- a talent for engaging with guests and generating excitement about the dave & buster's experience
- proficiency in operating pos systems, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, and reconciling financials at shift end
- ability to read and communicate effectively in english
- must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience by seamlessly integrating our food, drinks, and games in an environment designed for ultimate enjoyment
- keep your immediate supervisor well-informed of any significant issues or unusual occurrences
- proactively address concerns or propose alternative solutions when necessary
- cultivate a warm and entertaining atmosphere for both guests and team members
- adhere strictly to company sanitation protocols
- manage personal cash bank, ensuring all financial transactions are precise by correctly using credit card machines, providing accurate change, and maintaining sufficient cash and coin
- follow all alcohol awareness procedures, including preventing intoxication and handling intoxicated guests responsibly
