Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand and walk for 100 percent of the shift
- Willingness to work days, nights, and/or weekends as business necessitates
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with potential distractions
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently
- Ability to follow dress code requirements

- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience by seamlessly integrating food, drinks, and games in an environment designed for enjoyment
- Keep immediate supervisors informed of significant issues or unusual occurrences
- Proactively address concerns or propose alternative solutions
- Cultivate a warm and entertaining atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere strictly to company sanitation protocols
- Manage personal cash bank, ensuring financial transaction accuracy
- Follow all alcohol awareness procedures, preventing intoxication
- Assess guest behavior and identify situations requiring management attention
- Greet guests in social bay areas promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with game selections and instructions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of entertainment offerings
- Enter social bay orders into POS system efficiently
- Work swiftly, adhering to efficiency principles
- Assist with setup and breakdown of social bay areas
- Help clean and reset social bay areas as needed
- Support other team members as required
- Responsible for all sales processed through personal POS keys
- Participate in promotional activities and contests
- Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in frequently
- Maintain clean and organized social bay station
- Foster positive working relationships with team members
- Actively listen and communicate effectively with guests and team
- Adhere to dress code requirements, maintaining professional appearance
- Perform duties including working in noisy, fast-paced environments, standing for entire shifts, and lifting up to 30 pounds
