Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- proficiency in reading and communicating in English
- ability to operate POS systems accurately
- experience handling cash and credit card transactions
- capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand or walk for 100% of the shift
- availability to work days, nights, and weekends
- willingness to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
- adherence to dress code and sanitation protocols
- ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience by seamlessly integrating food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of significant issues or unusual occurrences
- proactively address concerns or propose alternative solutions
- cultivate a warm and entertaining atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere strictly to company sanitation protocols
- manage personal cash bank ensuring accurate financial transactions
- follow all alcohol awareness procedures including preventing intoxication
- assess guest behavior and identify situations requiring management attention
- greet newly arrived guests promptly and courteously
- assist guests with game selections and provide instructions
- maintain comprehensive understanding of entertainment offerings
- enter social bay-related orders into POS system efficiently
- work swiftly and effectively following efficiency principles
- assist with setup and breakdown of social bay areas for events or peak times
- help clean and reset social bay areas as required
- support other team members as needed
- be responsible for all sales processed through personal POS keys
- participate in promotional activities and contests
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction through frequent check-ins
- maintain clean and organized social bay station
- foster positive working relationships with team members
- actively listen to guest requests and communicate effectively
- adhere to dress code requirements
