Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience by integrating food, drinks, and games seamlessly
- keep immediate supervisor informed of significant issues
- proactively address concerns or propose alternatives
- cultivate a warm and entertaining atmosphere
- adhere to company sanitation protocols
- manage personal cash bank with precision
- follow all alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest behavior for management attention
- greet guests promptly and courteously
- assist guests with game selections and instructions
- maintain comprehensive knowledge of entertainment offerings
- enter social bay-related orders into the POS system efficiently
- work swiftly adhering to efficiency principles
- assist with setup and breakdown of social bay areas
- help clean and reset social bay areas as required
- support other team members as needed
- handle sales through personal POS keys and complete opening and closing duties
- participate in promotional activities and contests
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in frequently
- maintain a clean and organized social bay station
- foster a positive team working relationship
- actively listen to guest requests and communicate effectively
- adhere to dress code requirements
