Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as needed
- Comfortable working in a noisy, fast paced environment
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk throughout entire shift
- Ability to frequently reach, bend and stoop
- Must follow dress code and professional appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Basic technical aptitude for handling game questions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of alcohol awareness and safety is beneficial
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Keep supervisors informed of problems and suggest solutions
- Welcome and engage guests by providing exceptional service
- Create a high engagement and fun atmosphere
- Guide guest groups through games and activities
- Provide game knowledge and tips to guests
- Support guests with service and basic technical questions
- Partner with service team for food and beverage service
- Complete side work for social bay set-up and break down
- Reset and clean social bays to approved standards
- Adhere to sanitation procedures
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and alert management when necessary
- Assist team members as needed
- Maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Communicate effectively to generate enthusiasm about Dave & Buster's experience
- Read and communicate in English
- Dress neatly and professionally
- Be at least 18 years old
