Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • proficiency in operating POS systems, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • capability to manage personal cash bank including providing accurate change and maintaining sufficient cash and coin
  • physical ability to stand or walk 100% of the shift
  • ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as business necessitates
  • ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with potential distractions
  • adhere to all alcohol awareness procedures
  • follow company sanitation protocols
  • maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience by seamlessly integrating our food, drinks, and games in an environment designed for ultimate enjoyment
  • keep your immediate supervisor well-informed of any significant issues or unusual occurrences
  • proactively address concerns or propose alternative solutions when necessary
  • cultivate a warm and entertaining atmosphere for both guests and team members
  • adhere strictly to company sanitation protocols
  • manage personal cash bank, ensuring all financial transactions are precise by correctly using credit card machines, providing accurate change, and maintaining sufficient cash and coin
  • follow all alcohol awareness procedures, including preventing intoxication and handling intoxicated guests responsibly
  • assess guest behavior and identify situations that require management attention
  • greet newly arrived guests in the social bay area promptly and courteously
  • assist guests with game selections and provide instructions as needed
  • maintain a comprehensive understanding of all entertainment offerings and be able to answer guest questions
  • enter any social bay-related orders into the POS system efficiently and accurately
  • work swiftly and effectively, adhering to efficiency principles
  • assist with the setup and breakdown of social bay areas for events or peak times
  • help clean and reset social bay areas as required
  • support other team members as needed or dictated by business demands
  • responsible for all sales processed through personal POS keys and completing designated opening and closing duties for the social bay area
  • participate in all promotional activities and contests, helping to boost sales and enhance brand visibility
  • ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in frequently, responding to needs promptly, and maintaining a tidy environment
  • maintain a clean and organized social bay station, ensuring proper setup and breakdown
  • foster a positive working relationship with all team members to promote a cooperative and productive environment, contributing to high morale and efficiency
  • actively listen to guest requests and communicate effectively with guests verbally and with other team members via the POS system
