Job Requirements
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm
- Able to read and communicate in English
- Knowledge of different game types and strategies is preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action
- Welcome and engage all guests with exceptional service
- Create an environment of high engagement and fun for guests
- Guide groups of guests through games and collaborative activities
- Be the knowledge master of game types and provide tips and tricks to guests
- Support guests with service and basic technical questions and alert amusement team if needed
