Job Requirements

  • availability to work afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to handle equipment setup and be on feet for extended periods
  • experience in sports operations or related field
  • strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of operations leadership experience preferably in sports, retail, or hospitality
  • experience in league management, sports administration, or event coordination
  • strong passion for soccer and creating engaging game-day environments
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • ability to maintain high energy and foster relationships with players and teams

Job Duties

  • Marketing and building the squad by promoting leagues and filling teams
  • teaming up with marketing to create buzz and maintain player engagement
  • tracking budgets and managing registration fees
  • organizing and running leagues, tournaments, and special events
  • setting up fields and managing schedules to ensure fair play
  • coordinating with referees and handling game-day issues
  • managing player rosters and resolving scheduling conflicts
