Job Duties
- Marketing and building the squad by promoting leagues and filling teams
- teaming up with marketing to create buzz and maintain player engagement
- tracking budgets and managing registration fees
- organizing and running leagues, tournaments, and special events
- setting up fields and managing schedules to ensure fair play
- coordinating with referees and handling game-day issues
- managing player rosters and resolving scheduling conflicts
