Job Requirements
- Evidenced commitment to Jesus Christ and a desire to share the Gospel with others
- Agree with Hume Lake's Statement of Belief and be willing to abide by Hume Lake's Code of Conduct
- Ability to be on-site while camp programs are in session
- Demonstrate accurate food preparation and kitchen sanitation practices
- Able to move about the kitchen quickly and productively
- Strong work ethic
- Physical ability to bend, lift, sit, stand, stoop, stretch, walk, run, and possibly swim in varying weather conditions

Job Duties
- Be a witness for Jesus Christ in all words and actions, sharing Christ's love with the public, campers, and staff
- Responsible for maintaining a clean cooking and work area
- Responsible for assisting kitchen personnel in areas of need (line servers, dishwashers, helping to set up for meals and helping to clean up after meals)
- Responsible for replenishing stock and preparing foods
