Job Requirements

  • Must possess a minimum of two years of security operations experience or similar 24x7 operations center experience
  • must possess experience in basic security analysis, problem solving, handling preliminary inquiries, incident assessment, and triaging reports
  • high proficiency in IT applications, data entry and retrieval, typing speed of at least 25 wpm with 75 percent accuracy
  • basic knowledge of security technical elements like IP networks, servers, LAN/WAN
  • working knowledge of data protection policies such as GDPR
  • ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially in emergencies
  • evidence of continuous professional development
  • demonstrated initiative and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office technology
  • professional, articulate, good judgment, and discretion skills
  • must be able to work overtime as needed
  • current valid state driver’s license, clean driving record, minimum insurance as required for vehicle operation
  • outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to interact successfully at all organizational levels including clients
  • minimum age 18 for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles
  • high school diploma or equivalent or five years verifiable experience
  • subject to background check and drug screening as required
  • licensing as per state/local law where applicable
  • valid driver’s license for driving positions only

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service to clients by implementing safety and security procedures and emergency responses
  • respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations
  • conduct regular and random patrols around business and perimeter
  • execute SOC standard operating procedures during shifts
  • monitor and operate network video cameras and security technologies
  • coordinate responses to alarms and incidents
  • compile and submit detailed reports
  • manage telephone inquiries and maintain accurate logs
  • monitor critical security and fire system alarms
  • deliver global security services through technical and incident management collaboration
  • act as initial contact during emergencies affecting employee health and safety
  • communicate with internal and external responders during incidents
  • promote risk information sharing across organizational units
  • provide exceptional customer service exceeding expectations
  • monitor multiple security systems and prioritize tasks effectively
