Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances
- Dexterity of hands and fingers
- Ability to lift or assist lifting items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to perform cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing
- Availability to work part-time with a flexible schedule
Job Qualifications
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
- Experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of natural skincare products is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and are treated professionally
- Engage with clients, build good relationships and understand meeting their needs
- Make appropriate product recommendations
- Maintain minimum sales requirements
- Multitask between product production and customer engagement
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery including production and retail areas
- Work cohesively with the team while upholding all company policies and procedures
