Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of restaurant management experience
- Experience in serving and managing beer, wine and liquor
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs
- Ability to exercise independent judgement with general supervision

Job Duties
- Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances
- Demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation
- Enforces safety and sanitary practices and maintenance for the entire operations
- Completes all relevant SOPs (compliance and procedural items)
- Completes all relevant Systems in Place
- Exercises good judgement and makes appropriate decisions
- All other duties as assigned
