Job Duties

  • supervise daily snack bar operations ensuring all stations are fully staffed and functioning efficiently
  • lead train and support team members to maintain high service standards
  • monitor food safety sanitation and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations
  • ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report issues promptly
  • oversee opening and closing procedures including cash handling and shift documentation
  • provide friendly efficient and professional service to all guests
  • resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
  • maintain a welcoming environment that reflects the organization's standards
  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standardized recipes
  • ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with RBS training and state regulations
  • monitor guest behavior and enforce ID verification policies
  • maintain bar cleanliness restock supplies and ensure proper product rotation
  • maintain accurate inventory levels through regular counts and tracking
  • establish and manage PAR levels to ensure consistent product availability
  • place and receive orders for food beverages and supplies based on usage trends and PAR requirements
  • monitor product rotation minimize waste and ensure proper storage procedures
  • communicate shortages overstock issues or supply concerns to management
  • assist with scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
  • train new employees on procedures safety and customer service expectations
  • provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members
  • promote teamwork and a positive work environment
