Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • capability to stand and move for extended periods
  • basic computer skills
  • must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing

Job Qualifications

  • previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage service
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • proficiency with POS and inventory management systems
  • ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • supervise daily snack bar operations to ensure high-quality service
  • manage, train, and motivate snack bar staff to maintain standards
  • monitor inventory and order supplies to meet operational needs
  • uphold cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
  • handle guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly
  • coordinate with kitchen and other resort departments to ensure smooth service
  • prepare reports related to sales and staffing
