Job Requirements

  • must provide proof of eligibility by closing date
  • six months experience in food and beverage management
  • knowledge of food preparation and ordering procedures
  • experience in budgeting and personnel management
  • ability to plan social functions
  • no education substitution for experience
  • education credentials from foreign institutions must be equivalently validated
  • ability to work full-time and maintain regular schedule

Job Qualifications

  • at least six months experience managing a food and beverage outlet
  • knowledge of food preparation principles and meal planning
  • experience in budgeting, costing, and personnel management
  • ability to plan and organize social functions
  • experience in marketing development and financial analysis
  • ability to perform break-even and labor management analysis
  • strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • manage food and beverage operations including cooking and personnel management
  • plan, cost, budget, and oversee financial aspects of the outlet
  • ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals
  • order, issue, and store food supplies
  • plan and organize social functions and events
  • analyze marketing development opportunities and cost of sales
  • perform break-even analysis and labor management
