Job Requirements

  • must be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • applicant should be honest and trustworthy with a dependable work history
  • applicant will be subject to a full criminal background investigation to include fingerprinting
  • must possess a valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • some knowledge of customer service
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • able to count money and make change
  • talking and hearing skills
  • ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and customers

Job Duties

  • report promptly at the assigned time of duty and remain on duty status until the designated shift has been completed
  • stock and serve snacks and drinks in the Snack Bar
  • inventories merchandise used in the operation
  • provide friendly customer service and maintain positive public relations with patrons
  • operate a computerized Point of Sale (POS) system for collecting sales fees and printing reports
  • provide an accurate total of sales balancing with the POS system sales report
  • maintain a clean and safe working environment including cleaning of all equipment, floors and appliances related to food and beverage preparation and serving within the standards of the Washington County Health Board
  • inform the Office Manager or Facilities Manager when supplies are needed or equipment needs repaired
  • perform other duties as required
