Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Limited cash handling experience
- Limited coffee shop experience
- Some degree of food production experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least twenty pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy casino environment where smoking is permitted
- Ability to maintain physical stamina and a proper mental attitude under pressure
- Must complete all required training within nine months
- Must adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Limited cash handling experience
- Limited coffee shop experience
- Some degree of food production experience
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to the public, employees, and customers
- Ability to deal effectively and interact well with customers and employees
- Ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically and tactfully
Job Duties
- Report to work well-groomed in full uniform and on time with badge on upper left side of uniform
- Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to all guests
- Be hospitable, friendly, and polite with all guests, co-workers, and management using positive body language
- Follow all cash handling policies and procedures
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines per Seneca Nation health codes and casino risk management
- Maintain an understanding of and comply with all information security policies
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner
- Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies
- Complete all required Seneca Gaming Corporation training programs within nine months from employment start
- Attend all necessary meetings
- Duties and responsibilities may change as needed
- Hours are determined by a 24-hour schedule
