Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- High school diploma or its equivalency preferred
- Limited cash handling experience
- Limited coffee shop experience
- Some degree of food production experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
- Ability to work in a moderately loud to loud environment
- Ability to work in an environment where smoking is permitted
- Must complete required training within nine months
- Must meet attendance guidelines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Report to work well-groomed in full uniform and on time with badge on upper left side of uniform
- Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to all guests
- Be hospitable, friendly, and polite with all guests, co-workers, and management using positive body language
- Follow all cash handling policies and procedures
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines according to Seneca Nation Health codes and Risk Management Department
- Maintain understanding of information security policies including the Seneca Gaming Corporation Acceptable Use Policy
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate pleasantly and professionally
- Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to company policies
- Complete all required training programs within nine months of employment
- Attend all necessary meetings
- Adapt to changes in duties, responsibilities, and expectations as needed
- Work flexible hours within a 24-hour schedule
