Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to perform moderate physical work and lift up to 40 lbs frequently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, pushing, lifting and grasping
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of ServSafe standards and health department regulations is a plus

Job Duties
- Ensure an accurate account of the transactions, collections, disbursements, daily reports, deposits and cash drawer/computer system
- Prepare, stock and service food and beverage items
- Complete opening and closing checklists which includes daily inventory records
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Snack Bar, equipment and accessories
- Verify member number and account information before taking food/beverage order
- Be knowledgeable and provide information on all menu options and specials
- Prepare food in accordance to ServSafe standards and ensure accuracy and quality
- Follow Health Department regulations in daily practices
- Rotate all stock items FIFO
- Follow safety procedures for daily work practices
- Use PPE when handling cleaning chemicals and using equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
