Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Good organizational and verbal skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical skills
- Ability to sustain aerobic activity for 20 consecutive minutes
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure an accurate account of the transactions, collections, disbursements, daily reports, deposits and cash drawer/computer system
- Prepare, stock and service food and beverage items
- Complete opening and closing checklists which includes daily inventory records
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Snack Bar, equipment and accessories
- Verify member number and account information before taking food/beverage order
- Provide information on all menu options and specials
- Prepare food in accordance to ServSafe standards and ensure accurateness and quality
- Follow Health Department regulations in daily practices
- Rotate all stock items FIFO
- Follow safety procedures for daily work practices
- Use PPE when handling cleaning chemicals and using equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
