Job Requirements

  • must be able to work around moving parts and partially wet floors
  • must be able to walk, stoop, and bend
  • must be able to work in a cold environment with temperatures of 38 to 40 degrees for extended periods with insulated clothing
  • must be able to stand for at least 8 hours daily
  • must be able to use fingers and hands to handle equipment for long durations
  • must apply effective food hygiene practices
  • must have good organizational skills and adaptability
  • must apply safety and sanitation standards
  • must be able to use knives, cutting boards, mobile shelving, carts, meat slicers, and related kitchen equipment
  • must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment including nights, weekends, and holidays subject to shift bidding
