Job Requirements
- At least sixteen years of age or older
- Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a "guest comes first" attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable phone service
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a "guest comes first" attitude
- At least sixteen years of age or older
- Experience in a fast-food or retail environment is preferred but not necessary
- Able to work shifts as early as 6 AM and on weekends
- Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Commission sales experience preferred
- Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
- Genuine care and understanding for people’s needs
- Prior retail sales experience in the nutrition/fitness industry is a plus
- Reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Blends delicious tasting smoothies
- Friendly upselling of nutritional supplements and vitamins
- Provides guests with information regarding products
- Provides the best total experience in the business
- Ensures guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
- Greets and engages the guest to provide a friendly experience
- Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
- Performs opening and/or closing duties
- Performs store checklist tasks
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
