Job Requirements
- At least sixteen years of age or older
- able to perform opening and closing duties
- able to handle food safely
- reliable transportation
- reliable phone service
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- able to work early morning shifts and weekends
- ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a guest comes first attitude
- at least sixteen 16 years of age or older
- experience in a fast-food or retail environment preferred but not necessary
- able to work shifts as early as 6 AM and on weekends
- energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- commission sales experience preferred
- ability to think outside the box to satisfy guests
- genuine care and understanding for people's needs
- prior retail sales experience in the nutrition and fitness industry is a plus
- reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Blends delicious tasting smoothies
- friendly upselling of nutritional supplements and vitamins
- provides guests with information regarding products
- ensures guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
- greets and engages guests to provide a friendly experience
- properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
- performs opening and/or closing duties
- completes store checklist tasks
- shows up on time and ready to work
- lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
