Job Duties

  • Lead and develop the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

  • Maintain high quality product standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
  • Maximize sales and drive store profitability through effective management
  • Foster a fun, welcoming, and energetic work environment
  • Coach and mentor staff to build strong team dynamics
  • Address and resolve operational issues swiftly and efficiently
