Job Duties
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests promptly
- engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, quickly serve and tender payment
- work together with employees and management to ensure the best guest experience
- stock the Market and Grab and Go area according to par levels and standards
- total bill accurately and accept payment following guidelines
- build guest loyalty through excellent customer service
- maintain a clean organized work environment
- support other Market areas such as answering phones, stock work, cleanup, and documentation
- respond appropriately to guest concerns
