Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license
  • 3 years driving experience
  • ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
  • able to perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • willing to work early mornings and rotating Saturdays
  • basic knowledge of inventory management
  • strong customer service skills
  • able to operate handheld inventory devices
  • good physical stamina

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years driving experience required
  • valid driver’s license ensuring safe operation of company vehicles
  • preferred 1-2 years experience in a customer service position or a minimum of 1 year related experience
  • must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently

Job Duties

  • Drive company vehicle over established route to deliver products and maintain inventory
  • ensure truck is properly loaded with all product required to service scheduled machines
  • maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines
  • load hand cart with totes of product and restock machines
  • perform product rotation to ensure freshness at designated client locations
  • provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance
  • perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and related equipment
  • conduct minor service and adjustments on machines and report defective equipment
  • maintain accurate machine product and inventory data via handheld computer
  • inform clients and customers of new products or services
  • listen to and resolve service complaints and report to supervisor
  • set up merchandise and sales promotion displays
  • manage receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received, and product
  • conduct inventory reconciliation according to procedures
  • keep company vehicle clean and organized
  • perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • perform other duties as assigned
