Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior route driving experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 5 AM
- Willingness to work rotating Saturdays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including loading and unloading
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Job Qualifications
- Three years driving experience required
- Valid driver’s license ensuring safe operation
- Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or related field
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic mechanical skills for minor machine service
- Proficiency in using handheld inventory devices
Job Duties
- Ensure truck is properly loaded with all required products before route start
- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines
- Load hand cart with product totes and replenish machines
- Perform product rotation to ensure freshness
- Provide client and customer satisfaction at all times
- Clean and sanitize vending machines and related equipment
- Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines and report defects
- Maintain accurate machine product and inventory data using handheld computer
- Inform clients of new products or services
- Address service complaints and report to supervisor promptly
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays
- Accountable for receipts, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received, and product
- Conduct inventory reconciliation as per procedures
- Keep company vehicle clean and perform vehicle inspections
- Perform other duties as assigned
