Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis
- 3 years driving experience
- Willingness to work full time Monday through Friday
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading vending machines
- No prior experience necessary as training is provided
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate company vehicle safely in compliance with traffic laws
Job Qualifications
- 3 years driving experience required
- Valid driver's license
- Preferred 1-2 years experience in a customer service role or at least 1 year related experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude for minor machine servicing
- Ability to use handheld technology for data entry
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Drive company vehicle over established route to deliver products and maintain inventory
- Ensure truck is properly loaded with all required product before route
- Maintain proper inventory levels for vending machines
- Load hand cart with product totes and replenish machines
- Perform product rotation to ensure freshness
- Provide excellent client and customer service
- Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines
- Perform minor servicing and report defective equipment
- Maintain accurate machine product and inventory data via handheld computer
- Inform clients of new products or services
- Resolve service complaints and report issues to supervisor
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays
- Accountable for receipts, invoices, and product inventory
- Conduct inventory reconciliation
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Perform other duties as assigned
