Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- GED or high school diploma
- One to six months of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six months of customer service experience in a high energy and fast paced environment preferred
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to operate all tools of the trade including power tools safely
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming Permit
- Must be able to work high volume days, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
- Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
Job Qualifications
- General Education Degree (GED) or high school diploma

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service for all casino guests playing Smart ETG
- Proactively explain Smart ETG rules and gameplay
- Anticipate guest needs and answer questions about the property and loyalty reward program
- Maintain and update knowledge of Smart ETG games, property offerings, and loyalty programs
- Serve as a Smart ETG Ambassador by creating an entertaining and positive guest experience within company policies and procedures
- Ensure the work area is always clean and organized
- Accurately collect and record Smart ETG game information
- Respond to guest needs in accordance with service, policy, and procedure expectations
- Escalate potential issues or concerns to management as needed
- Adhere to scheduling and communicate scheduling concerns with managers
- Actively promote and demonstrate superior customer service
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Maintain strict confidentiality of departmental and company matters
