Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- One to six months of related experience or training
- Six months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to operate and maintain tools safely
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain a gaming permit
- Ability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Ability to interact diplomatically and tactfully with guests and colleagues
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to casino guests playing Smart ETG games
- Explain Smart ETG rules proactively
- Anticipate guest needs and how to play
- Answer questions about the property and loyalty program
- Maintain knowledge of Smart ETG games, property, and loyalty programs
- Serve as a Smart ETG ambassador creating entertaining and positive guest experiences
- Ensure work area cleanliness
- Accurately collect and record Smart ETG game information
- Respond to guest needs following service policies
- Escalate issues to management as needed
- Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager on scheduling concerns
- Promote superior customer service aligned with company standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters
