Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- General Education Degree (GED) or High School Diploma
- One to six months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six months of customer service experience in a high energy and fast paced environment preferred
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to operate power tools safely and maintain them
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work high volume days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
- Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course
- Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems diplomatically

Job Duties
- Maintain and upkeep knowledge regarding the Smart ETG Pit games, property, loyalty reward program, and related information
- Serve as a Smart ETG Ambassador by creating an entertaining and positive guest experience within policies and procedures
- Ensure work area is always clean
- Accurately collect and record Smart ETG game information
- Respond to guest needs according to service, policy, and procedure expectations and escalate issues to Manager as needed
- Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager any scheduling concerns with attention to guest satisfaction
- Support and promote superior customer service according to department and company standards
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements within area of responsibility and report potential issues to management
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
