Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum three years experience in slot operations, preferably within a large-scale luxury resort or casino
- broad knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures affecting the industry
- working knowledge of Title 31 compliance
- ability to maintain professional appearance and adhere to company standards
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- ability to deliver high-level customer service
- tactfulness and ability to maintain confidentiality
- enthusiasm and ability to promote positive team environment
- knowledge of NGCB rules, regulations, and internal controls
- effective communication skills with superiors and subordinates
- sound business judgment and strong motivation
- prior opening and luxury property experience preferred
- willingness and ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
- ability to work in a fast-paced and somewhat stressful environment

Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a skilled team of slot guest service representatives
- provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development
- ensure all slot machines are properly maintained, calibrated, and promptly repaired
- stay updated on gaming regulations and ensure compliance
- maintain accurate records and documentation for audits
- monitor player feedback and implement improvements
- identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue strategies
- work closely with security and surveillance to prevent fraud
- implement and enforce security protocols
- foster communication and collaboration with vendors and other departments
- address operational challenges and customer complaints
- maintain professional and courteous attitude with customers
- deliver and maintain maximum customer service standards
- oversee slot guest service representatives
