Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in slot operations or casino management
- supervisory experience
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- ability to work flexible hours
- knowledge of casino gaming regulations
- valid work authorization
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Practice support and promote company-wide culture and service standards
- oversee day-to-day operational components
- develop short and long-term goals for department operations
- plan and conduct meetings to coordinate projects
- communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- collaborate with Slot Managers to meet performance expectations
- develop and implement strategies for quality service standards, slot layout, revenue growth, scheduling and budget management
- evaluate policies and procedures for efficiency and implement improvements
- review internal controls over sensitive materials
- supervise shift managers including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions
