Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum 3 years experience in slot operations or casino management
supervisory experience
strong organizational and problem-solving skills
ability to work flexible hours
knowledge of casino gaming regulations
valid work authorization
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in casino slot operations management
strong leadership and team management skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
knowledge of slot industry standards and trends
ability to develop and implement operational strategies
experience with budget management and scheduling
proficiency in policy evaluation and implementation

Job Duties

Practice support and promote company-wide culture and service standards
oversee day-to-day operational components
develop short and long-term goals for department operations
plan and conduct meetings to coordinate projects
communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
collaborate with Slot Managers to meet performance expectations
develop and implement strategies for quality service standards, slot layout, revenue growth, scheduling and budget management
evaluate policies and procedures for efficiency and implement improvements
review internal controls over sensitive materials
supervise shift managers including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions
