Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years experience in slot operations or casino management
  • supervisory experience
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • knowledge of casino gaming regulations
  • valid work authorization
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Practice support and promote company-wide culture and service standards
  • oversee day-to-day operational components
  • develop short and long-term goals for department operations
  • plan and conduct meetings to coordinate projects
  • communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • collaborate with Slot Managers to meet performance expectations
  • develop and implement strategies for quality service standards, slot layout, revenue growth, scheduling and budget management
  • evaluate policies and procedures for efficiency and implement improvements
  • review internal controls over sensitive materials
  • supervise shift managers including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions
