Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards is beneficial
- Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple roles
Job Duties
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately as a cashier
- Deliver food promptly and courteously as a food runner
- Manage drive-thru orders ensuring quick service and accuracy
- Coordinate food preparation and timing as an expeditor (expo)
- Clean dishes and kitchenware maintaining sanitation standards
- Prepare ingredients and food items for service
- Support various restaurant areas flexibly as needed
