- Prior experience in a cook or fry cook role
- Understanding of safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work full-time
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform cleaning tasks
- Reliable and punctual

- Previous cooking experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare orders to recipe and guest specification
- Prepping products
- Conduct opening, running and closing duties
- Receive and store products
- Ensure proper sanitizer concentration and use one towel for cleaning
- Sift breading
- Sweep floor under and around fryers, freezer, and reach-in coolers
- Mop floor
- Skim fryers
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations including grills, fryers, walls, coolers, and freezer
- Move freezer to clean under and behind it
