Job Requirements

- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and prep tasks
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Prepare orders to recipe and guest specification
- Prepping product
- Conduct opening, running and closing duties
- Receive and store product
- Ensure proper sanitizer concentration and maintain one towel
- Sift breading
- Sweep floor under and around fryers, freezer and reach-in coolers
- Mop floor
- Clean and skim fryers, clean and sanitize equipment and work stations including grills, fryers, walls, coolers and freezer
- Move freezer to clean underneath and behind
