Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members

- ability to assist in loading mattresses (lift up to 50 lbs)
- advanced computer skills
- knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures
- open availability including weekends
- willingness to work in a climate-controlled indoor environment
- ability to perform physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening, and repetitive motions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or sales experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- proficiency with computers and point of sale systems
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- knowledge of merchandise handling procedures
Job Duties
- Promote and sell mattresses displayed on showroom floor
- work directly with customers and employees across all departments
- follow up with customer orders and inquiries
- assist with problems related to merchandise in coordination with customer service and warehouse operations
- collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, and uses
- emphasize product features based on customer needs analysis
- prepare sales tickets for orders
- assist customers in making product selections
- recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on customer needs
- describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care to customers
- use excellent customer relations in promoting and selling products
- run cashier till and audit safe
- make bank deposits
- load and unload transfers and pickups
- maintain cell phone availability as required by management
- perform other duties as assigned by management
