Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years in restaurant supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in senior living preferred but not required
- Completion of a background check, drug screen
- Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state or local guidelines

Job Duties
- Plan floor map, assign sections, and keep reservation book updated
- Perform advanced entries for Point of Sale system, including Resident history, point transfers, refunds, etc
- Ensure proper completion of opening and closing duties
- Assist with orientation and training of new Dining Room personnel
- Promote the vision, values, and mission of Skyline at First Hill in all areas of responsibility
- Respond to catering requests and relay information to kitchen and Director of Dining Services
- Keep events updated in events boards and calendars and create 10 day function sheet
- Create banquet event orders and distribute accordingly
- Perform other duties as assigned or may be necessary
