Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
  • At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
  • Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Completion of background check and drug screening
  • Pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to perform general administrative tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Assist with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
  • Take calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and perform other front desk duties as assigned
  • Provide exceptional customer service to team members and residents
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as taking messages, routing calls, and taking memos or notes
  • Distribute packages, mail, and other deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and order new inventory as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
